Hi! My name is Felicia Wilson and I have been transporting animals for over 6 years! What made me start my career is when I hired a transporter to deliver my personal animal. It was the most horrific experience I’ve ever seen. I never wanted another animal to endure that same experience. When I first started I experienced a lot of trial and error. There was no public resources for me to do research on how to transport animals. Even though my first year I made over $200,000 dollars my over-head expenses were extremely high and I did not know how to quote customers properly. That caused me to go into a lot of debt. Now through trial and error I have learned how to quote customers efficiently. Transporting is not just picking up and dropping off an animal. Some of these animals have never had love a day in their lives. Some days may be harder than others and you might endure stuff you wish you could unsee. On the bright side you get to travel the world at some one else’s expense along with being accompanied by sweet little fur babies. How can it can get any better than that…. These classes will kickstart your transporting career to running a successful transport business. I have already made all the mistakes for you so you do not have to. Seeing that I have to turn down dozens of clients daily due to being booked out I will be referring them to a social media group that I will create for the students that complete the 2 day class. You can then post your routes, pictures, bios etc. This will be one of the ways to help you build your clientele along with other options I will provide during class.
